For Test Pilots

Your creative work

• ·Everything you create with Niva is 100% yours.
• ·Your work lives on your computer only. It never gets uploaded to our servers.
• ·We will never see, access, or store your creative work.
• ·Your work will never be used to train AI models.
• ·What you make is completely private and under your control.

Personal data

• ·We won't ask for any more data than you've already provided.
• ·Your account information is securely stored and protected.

Usage analytics

We may collect anonymous technical data to improve Niva:

• ·Which tools and features you use, but not what you create with them.
• ·Crash reports and error logs to help us fix bugs.
• ·Performance data to make Niva faster and more stable.

These reports are completely anonymous and technical. We will never see your actual creative work or the content you're creating.

Feedback you share

• ·Any feedback you give us is completely optional.
• ·We'll use it to make Niva better for everyone.
• ·If you send screenshots as part of feedback, you're choosing to share that specific content with us.

Data Storage & Security

• ·We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
• ·We only store the minimum data necessary to provide our services.
• ·Your data is never shared with third parties except as required by law.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• ·You can request a copy of your data at any time.
• ·You can ask us to delete your data.
• ·You can unsubscribe from our emails whenever you want.

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and remember your preferences. With your permission, we also use:

• ·Google Analytics, to understand which pages people visit and whether the site is working well. This never includes anything you create in Niva.
• ·A Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, to help us measure and improve any ads we run. This is off by default and only activates if you say yes.

Neither of these load until you accept them. You can change your mind at any time.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll notify you via email and update the date at the top of this page. We'll never make changes that reduce your privacy rights without your consent.
